Decker Square Retail Centre

Provided Design-Build contracting services for the new construction of a 22,000 square foot retail building in east Austin.

Project included two two storey towers, landscape arbor and fountain area.  Program Management services provided for the interior finishout of a nightclub, restaurant, and laundry mat.

Conoco Car Wash Facility

Provided Design-Build contracting services for the new construction of a seven bay car wash facility in east Austin.

Project included two vacuum islands, and vending area.  All equipment was state-of-the-art and integrated with existing gas station.  Project was master planned with subsequent phases.

Indian Hill Estates

Provided Construction Management services for the development of a four lot residential subdivision in West Austin.

Project included all public siteworks, headworks, and roadworks necessary to service the development; with the added challenges of an environmentally sensitive area.

Cristo Rey Office Building

Provided General Contracting services for the new construction of a 2,000 square foot office building in East Austin.

Project included the challenge of; the parish's concurrent occupancy of the site, select works being self-performed by parishioners.
